1. Order Processing and Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation. Delivery to eligible European destinations is estimated at 5–9 working days from dispatch. Shipments may be handled by DHL, FedEx or UPS Priority services, depending on the destination and service availability.

Tracking notifications are sent to the email address provided at checkout at key stages, including dispatch, arrival at a logistics facility and local delivery progress.

If an order exceeds the estimated delivery period, please contact us at secops@clipandcraft.com with your order number. We will investigate the shipment with the carrier and assess whether a full refund or replacement shipment is appropriate, taking into account the circumstances and applicable consumer law.

2. Right of Withdrawal

Under applicable EU consumer protection law, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions.

To exercise this right, please notify us by email at secops@clipandcraft.com within the withdrawal period, including your order number and a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.

After notifying us, you must return the goods within 14 days. Unless otherwise required by law or agreed by us, the direct cost of return postage is borne by the customer. Customers may handle the goods as reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning; any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary may be deducted where permitted by law.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method, unless the customer expressly agrees otherwise and no additional fees arise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent, whichever occurs first, as permitted by applicable law.

3. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact secops@clipandcraft.com after receipt. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue and clear photographs showing the item and the relevant damage or discrepancy.

Where the photographs and order details are sufficient to assess the issue, we may arrange a refund or replacement without requiring the item to be returned. If further assessment is reasonably necessary, we will explain the next steps.

Customers will not be charged return postage for confirmed faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods where the applicable law requires us to bear those costs. This policy does not limit any statutory rights or remedies available to consumers.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on the payment provider and the customer’s financial institution, the time taken for the funds to appear may vary.

For withdrawals, refunds will be made within the statutory period prescribed by applicable law. Where legally permitted, reimbursement may be withheld until the returned goods or evidence of dispatch has been received.
