1. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation. Processing includes order preparation and dispatch arrangements.

We deliver to eligible destinations across Europe. Orders are dispatched from:

Estimated delivery time is 5–9 working days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to the destination, carrier operations, public holidays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

3. Tracking Notifications

Tracking notifications are sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout at key stages, including dispatch, arrival at a logistics facility and local delivery progress. Customers should check their inbox and spam folder for these updates.

4. Delayed or Missing Orders

If an order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us at secops@clipandcraft.com with your order number. We will investigate the shipment with the relevant carrier and assess the appropriate resolution based on the findings and circumstances, which may include a full refund or a replacement shipment.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Where applicable under German and EU consumer law, responsibility for the goods remains with us until you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of them.
