1. General Information

Clipandcraf operates an online shop offering sewing tools and accessories to customers in Germany and other European markets.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please review the product details, price and order information before completing your purchase.

2. Orders and Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.

Orders are subject to payment confirmation and acceptance. We reserve the right to contact customers to clarify incomplete order information or resolve payment-related issues before processing an order.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not, by itself, constitute confirmation that dispatch has taken place.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We arrange deliveries to eligible European destinations using established carriers, including DHL, FedEx and UPS Priority services, depending on destination and availability.

The estimated delivery period is 5–9 working days after dispatch. This is an estimate and may be affected by carrier operations, local delivery conditions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We send tracking emails to the email address provided at checkout at relevant shipment stages, which may include dispatch, arrival at a logistics facility and local delivery. Tracking information is intended to help customers follow the progress of their orders.

If an order exceeds the standard delivery period, please contact us by email. We will investigate the shipment with the relevant carrier and assess the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances, which may include a refund or replacement where applicable.

The risk of loss of or damage to goods remains with us until you, or a person nominated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

4. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers purchasing online within the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods within 14 days, unless an applicable legal exception or a different arrangement permitted by law applies.

Unless the goods are faulty or another legal rule applies, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods where you were informed of this responsibility before purchase.

We will reimburse eligible payments, including the standard delivery cost where required by law, in accordance with the applicable statutory time limits. We may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.

You may be liable for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, as permitted by applicable law.

5. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or different from the item ordered, please contact us at secops@clipandcraft.com and include your order number, a brief description of the issue and clear photographs where appropriate.

We will review the information provided and determine the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a refund, replacement or another legally required remedy.

Where photographs are sufficient to assess the reported issue, we may arrange a refund or replacement without requiring the damaged item to be returned. This does not limit any statutory rights that apply to faulty or non-conforming goods.

Your statutory rights concerning faulty or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.

6. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be issued using the original payment method, unless another method is agreed or required by law.

Refunds arising from a valid withdrawal request will be handled within the applicable statutory period. Other refunds will be processed following confirmation of the agreed remedy and any necessary review.

The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider or financial institution.
